The Quality Assurance department

The Quality Assurance department at Haas-Meincke consists of three self-driven employees. Two employees work with entry controls and one with customer complaints. The Quality Assurance Manager heads the QA in DK and reports to Sébastien Lorho, Head of Manufacturing and assembly in DK. The products are manually assembled machinery tailored to client needs, emphasizing the need for quality and error reduction, however, with some degree of pragmatism without compromising quality. QA support works closely with engineering and production/assembly, ensuring quality processes and continuous improvement. QA is highly prioritized and necessary as Bühler transfers production to more sites and closer to customers. To be more unified, systems are being implemented in DK, such as Bühler’s CRQ (claims system).
