E-Commerce Manager

CAM CAM Copenhagen is looking to hire a new E-Commerce Manager to be in charge of the company’s B2C web shop sales both domestically and on an international level. The E-commerce Manager will play a strategic part in growing the company’s digital presence and expand CAM CAM Copenhagen’s web shop business across existing and new markets. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has the ambition to be a key player in the continuous improvement of CAM CAM’s brand-site, driving profitable online sales of premium baby and kid’s products. The new E-Commerce Manager will be reporting directly to the International Sales Director.


  • Overall P&L responsibility for our e-commerce B2C business
  • Define and execute our e-commerce strategy in close corporation with leadership
  • Identify and execute e-commerce growth opportunities and drive development of new features and services
  • Design and execute SEO/PPC strategy/marketing plans and roadmaps
  • Ensure that e-commerce sites are optimized with relevant content for SEM & SEO
  • Ongoing analysis and improvement of online traffic, customer journey, conversion rates AOV´s & retention
  • Take part in QA testing of website updates across multiple operating systems and devices
  • Work with marketing and design teams to develop premium web content and updates
  • Work closely with our digital marketing agency and our external web developers/technical support teams to enhance the web shops capabilities and make sure the site is always functional
  • Fraud management and knowledge of EU laws within online trade
  • Plan and perform business acceptance testing


  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally master’s degree) in a field relevant to our industry
  • Previous E-Commerce responsibility is a must
  • Industry sector experience is a preference (interior design, lifestyle, fashion, luxury goods)
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work (ideally Microsoft Business Central)
  • Good negotiating skills and a willingness to be able to work to time sensitive deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial understanding of the entire E-Commerce value chain
  • Positive attitude and self-driven with a “can-do-attitude”
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize demanding workload
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to deal and cope with a high level of activity in a fast paced environment
  • Multi-tasking abilities and structured personality
  • Solutions oriented
  • Knowledge of operating WooCommerce, Shopify platforms and ideally Scaptify
  • MS Office super user
  • Fluent in Danish, English business proficiency, other language skills are advantageous
