CAM CAM Copenhagen is looking to hire a Digital Key Account Manager, Pure Players, to be in charge of the company’s B2B online business with selected Pure Players on an international level. The Digital Key Account Manager, Pure Players, will play a strategic part in growing the company’s business and presence on the digital sales platforms across existing and new markets. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has the ambition to be a key player in the continuous improvement of CAM CAM’s business, driving profitable Pure Players’ sales of premium baby and kid’s products. The new Digital Key Account Manager will be reporting directly to the International Sales Director.


  •  Overall P&L responsibility for our digital wholesale business with selected Pure Players
  • Define and execute our Pure Players’ commercial strategy in close corporation with the International Sales Director and commercial team members
  • Develop and execute strategic account planning
  • Identify and execute Pure Players’ growth opportunities and drive development of new online PP partnerships
  • Conduct marketing insight and analysis of the PP channel to enhance business performance
  • To manage the commercial relationship with identified Pure Players, including developing PP marketing and campaign calendar plans across CAM CAM brands and categories
  • Develop and execute brand and pricing strategies with the Pure Players
  • Prepare and present product proposals to prospective and current Pure Players, including SoMe plans and advertising
  • Work closely with the CAM CAM commercial team to ensure campaign alignment, omni channel functionality and customer loyalty
  • Forecasts future sales and product demand in PP channel. Proactively reports strategic and tactical changes to the commercial management team


  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally master’s degree) in a field relevant to our industry
  • Previous Pure Players account manager responsibility is a must
  • Industry sector experience is a preference (interior design, lifestyle, fashion, luxury goods etc.) – but not key criteria
  • Good negotiating skills and strong commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, data driven and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and self-driven with a “can-do-attitude”
  • Ability to deal and cope with a high level of activity in a fast paced environment
  • English business proficiency is a must and other language skills are advantageous
