Michael has over 25 years of experience in helping companies find leaders and specialists. he has had the pleasure of working with most of Denmark’s Top 500 companies and has held more than 5,000 client meetings within recruitment.​

In his role, he acts as an advisor to companies, where he helps them with recruiting employees and developing teams. Michael also offers sales training, as he believes that the development of both people and organizations is crucial for success. All of this is only created when companies trust his credibility, honesty and skills.​
