The team and personalities
The personality profiles can be overlayed to a unique team profile to ensure the candidate contributes to a collaborating and strong team. A team personality profile is an important part of our process of ensuring an onboarded team and candidate, who know each other’s strengths and possible weaknessess from the beginning.
The role defintion
If possible, we like involve hiring manager and key stakeholder in scoring and defining the role of the candidate. We prefer a transparent process with you to manage expectations ensuring that we are on the right track until the final candidates are presented.
